Show racism the red card

Classes 5 and 6 spent Monday 23^rd January 2017 taking part in a variety of anti-racism workshops with the ex Sunderland legend Gary Bennett. The workshops aimed to educate young people about the causes and consequences of racism and to explore the various forms racism can take. All children now have a better understanding around the effects racism can have on people. The children even made it into the local newspaper!
